Tata Broadband Connection Woes even before installation...............Superb

Connection issues even before broadband is connected. All they do is take the application from a customer and then keep him/her in the loop about whether the connection is gonna happen or not. No one is bothered in regards with it and when you call the HO in New Mumbai, you get vague answers from the people out there, even from the person who has filled your application. He never picks up his cell when called and when you call the HO the operator has the audacity to tell you that he is not in the office and disconnects after listening to the conversation and soon after the guy who taken your application calls and gives all the false hopes.

This is before imagine after sales services....viola.....too good.
